Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may collect certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

  • Account credentials (username and password).
  • Profile data associated with Your account (such as full name, phone number, email, date of birth, and sex), when available in Your member record.
  • Booking data (date, field/stadium number, and booking time).
  • Push notification token (Expo/FCM token) to deliver notifications.
  • Support/contact requests You send to Us (for example account deletion requests).

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (for example IP address), device identifiers, operating system, app access timestamps, and other diagnostic data necessary for service reliability and security.

Information Collected while Using the Application

With Your prior permission where required, We may use notifications to send service-related communications (for example booking reminders or account updates). For this purpose, We process a push token associated with Your device.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including user authentication, account access, bookings, memberships, QR access, and notifications.
  • To manage Your Account as a registered user of the Service.
  • For the performance of a contract related to services You use through the Application.
  • To contact You by email, phone, SMS, or push notifications regarding functional or security updates.
  • To manage Your requests, including account deletion requests and support requests.
  • For security and legal compliance, including fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
  • For service improvement through limited diagnostics and operational analytics.

Sharing of Your Personal Data

We do not sell Your Personal Data. We may share Personal Data only in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: to host, secure, maintain, and operate the Service, and to deliver push notifications.
  • For legal reasons: when required by law, regulation, court order, or valid legal request.

Retention of Your Personal Data

  • Account information: retained during the account lifecycle and up to 24 months after account closure where required.
  • Technical logs and usage diagnostics: retained up to 24 months for security and troubleshooting.
  • Local app data (secure token, local cache): retained on Your device until logout, app removal, or local storage cleanup.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information may be processed in locations outside Your jurisdiction. Where required, We apply reasonable safeguards to protect Personal Data during such transfers.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
